The Preserve Journal is an independent magazine from Copenhagen dedicated to exploring and spreading a more sustainable, responsible and resilient food culture. 
Through this magazine, the Preserve authors invite us to reflect and look at the whole picture (and the entire supply chain) of what we find on our plates.
