Palais is the official magazine of the Palais de Tokyo, the Museum of Modern Art in Paris. Published twice a year to offer an in-depth perspective on the exhibitions and program of the Palais de Tokyo, the magazine is enriched with dossiers, interviews, essays, special projects and inserts, contributions from artists, art critics, historians or theorists, which make it a really useful and interesting tool for getting to know contemporary art.

ISSUE 32
The relationships between human beings and their environment are some of our most stimulating contemporary concerns, as they question the ideological basis of our ways of doing and thinking. In this regard, ecological events have given rise to a fusion of essential issues which are political, economic, scientific, moral, social and, of course, aesthetic. This season of the exhibition program of the Palais de Tokyo, "Reclaim the Heart" (from April 15 to September 4, 2022), echoes all these questions and evokes not only the relationships between bodies and the earth, the disappearance of some species of flora and fauna, or the transmission of minority narratives and knowledge, but also spirits, biological energies, agriculture, gardening. While combining with spirituality, emotions and affections, the proposals of the artists presented on this occasion and in this issue of PALAIS magazine intentionally transform often serious concerns into poetry and make a positive and lively energy resonate.
