Frab's magazine at Contemporary Cluster Rome
Autumn begins with a new partnership, one of those tremendously beautiful ones, which finally land Frab's in a very atmospheric physical store, with the largest selection of independent magazines in the capital.
On 23 September at 6.00 pm the new space of Contemporary Cluster. Giacomo Guidi and Giorgia Cerulli are the creators and beating hearts of this concept, a hybrid between a private gallery and a place of worship of contemporary design that has dominated the Roman scene for years. The new challenge in which they are launched is to bring Contemporary Cluster to a historic 17th century building, Palazzo Brancaccio, which comes back to life completely revisited in an area of over 4,000 square meters. Inside, there will be space for designers, architects, artists, performers who will animate a new concept of culture and art, made up of hybridization, fluidity and cross-media.
In the roaring idea of cross-media, the partnership with Frab's takes the form of giving a completely new light to what in the past was the library of the Museum of Oriental Art in Rome, also known as the "African" space. It is on its ancient and well-preserved shelves that it finds space there Frab's magazine in Rome, with over 200 independent and collector's magazines that we have selected for Contemporary Cluster.
A space designed for relaxation, reading and consulting independent magazines where comfortably seated you can sip a good wine or refined coffee.
Contemporary Cluster, in addition to a sales space, will also become a meeting space, with publishers, designers and art directors of independent magazines, which will animate events and spaces of contamination in the scene of Italian and international independent magazines.
The space opens on Thursday 23 September at 6.00 pm. We will be present inside until Saturday 25 September.
You will find Contermporary Cluster and Frab's magazine open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11.00 to 20.00.
