Weave is a new Italian magazine dedicated to "slow" culture that arises from the desire to tell stories, to discover the wonder of artisanal, ethical and sustainable fashion and design in a contemporary and innovative way; but also of the need to rediscover the beauty of slowing down.
Weave as weaving, that is to weave, weave, create relationships and networks made of people, projects, stories of virtuous entrepreneurship that rarely find space in the mainstream media.
But also w (e) ave as that wave of renewal that it is necessary to ride.
Weave, in fact, was not born only on the wave of sustainability, but also to give space to craftsmanship and know-how, to the uniqueness that is true luxury.
Its contents range from fashion, art, photography, design, introducing us artisans, creatives and artists.
The magazine was created by the sfashion-net team, which deals with telling the other fashion, the one that lies between the group and the ready-to-wear fashion and which represents its independent alternative.
This issue talks about:
- Reinvent the fashion system starting from its waste
- Fashion schools that aim for sustainability
- Fermentation: from the table to the fabrics
- Traceability: the long history of a product
- Slow design
And so much more
