Nez is the first magazine entirely dedicated to olfaction and fragrances.
Published by the French Nez Editions, this magazine explores the approach of smell to the world and things from many points of view. Focusing on one of the most mistreated and least used senses today, Nez is a magazine that helps guide you in its use.
Every six months in a new edition, experts, scientists, enthusiasts, perfumers, historians and artists discuss and present different approaches to fragrances in an editorial work known and taken as a reference by those in the sector. A project with the biannual frequency of a magazine but the topicality of the contents of a book.
The tenth issue of Nez focuses on the use of smell in everyday life. In particular, it analyzes the relationship between nose and mouth and therefore between perfumery and cuisine. How are the aromas created? What influence do taste notes have in our life?
