Not very common in Italy, but all the rage in the States, an open house (literally "open house") is a real estate marketing technique in which those who want to sell or rent a property decide to let as many potential buyers visit the house in a only one appointment, as if it were a party or a group visit to the museum.
Magazine Openhousestrengthened by this tradition, the doors of the houses of artists and creatives from all over the world are inserted and opened wide to readers, to tell about design and architecture starting from those who live it every day.

ISSUE 15: That Which is Handed Down
In this issue we reflect on the idea of heritage, a word built on the concepts of property and value. We meet Luis Barragán's legacy in Mexico City and hear the pain in Benjamin Clementine's voice when he sings about his childhood. We visit the Atelier Vime, where the traditional wickerwork takes a new life, and then we explore the universe of the Artigas family at the Fundació Josep Llorens Artigas, where a dynasty is dedicated to art, generation after generation.
