Terraforma Journal is a new Terraforma publishing project.
A biannual publication that explores the intersection between sound, art, ecology and contemporary culture in general through different editorial sections - from the carte blanche of IN-SITU, to the critical analysis of READER and ARCHIVE, an exhibition of timeless projects that shape to our vision. Terraforma Journal is an expansion towards a renewed feeling of union and exchange.
Dimensions: 30x30 cm
Number of pages: 172
Issue 1 of Terraforma focuses on the expanded notion of festival, intended as a manifestation of collective, multilateral and interconnected dynamism. The theme unfolds through a multiplicity of layers to acquire new and unexpected definitions.
Terre Thaemlitz, Fabio Sargentini, Shiraz Arts Festival, Nyege Nyege, Beuys 2021, 2050+, Flora Yin-Wong, Alessandro Bava, Alice Bucknell and Angela Rui - among many others - explore this theme and translate their vision into printed paper. Each issue of Terraforma Journal features a special commissioned cover, which kicks off with a labyrinthine interpretation by Daniel Sansavini and Studio Temp.
